    Komunikasi Politik Dakwah Partai Keadilan Sejahtera Pada Pemilu Legislatif 2009

    Pemilu legislatif 2009 diikuti oleh banyak partai politik yangmemunculkan persaingan ketatantara partai politik dalamperebutan suara. Serangkaian strategi, taktik, danmetode digunakan olehsemua partaipolitikuntukmemenangkan pemilu. Perankomunikasi danmedia sangat penting. Penelitianinibertujuan untukmengidentifikasistrategi-strategipolitik komunikasiPartaiKeadilanSejahtera (PKS)dalampemilu legislatiftahun 2009. Penelitian inidilakukan padaDewan PKS dariYogyakarta denganmetode deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PKSmemenangkan pemilihan, strategi dirumuskan dalamempat tahapan yaitu;pertama, PKS mendengar,kedua, PKSmengundang, ketiga, PKS bicara, dan keempat, PKS menang.Dalammelaksanakan empattahap aksi, PKS menggunakan strategikomunikasi politik dengan pendekatan komunikasi interpersonal,komunikasipublik, dan komunikasimassa. Peran strategi komunikasi politik yang diterapkanoleh PKS pada tahun 2009 sedikit bedampak signifikan terhadap suara partai. Hal ini dipengaruhiberbagai faktor, seperti jumlah politik uang yang dilakukan oleh pihak lain dan kebijakan populispemerintah sepertipengurangan bahan bakarminyak dan bantuan langsung tunai, yang lebihmenguntungkanPartaiDemokrat. Hal tersebut berakibat suara Demokrat naik 300 persen dalampemilihanumumpada tahun 2009 dibandingkan pada Pemilu 2004,meskipun partai politik besar lainnya cenderungmengalamipenurunan perolehan suara dan hanyameningkat relatif kecilsepertiPKS

    Abstract Legislative elections 2009 followed by many political parties which surported to intense competition among political parties in the struggle for the vote. All the strategies, tactics, and methods are used by all political parties to win the election. Therefore, the role of communication and media are very important. This study aims to identify strategies of political communication PKS in legislative elections in 2009. This research was conducted at the PKS Board’s Region of Yogyakarta with qualitative descriptive method and interactive analysis. The results of this study show that PKS election winning strategy formulated in the four stages of action: first, PKS heard; second, PKS invites; third, PKS talk; and fourth, PKS win. In carrying out the fourth stage of the action, the PKS using a strategy of political communication with the approach of interpersonal communication, public communication, and mass communication. The role of political communication strategies applied by the PKS in 2009 impressed the legislative elections less significant impact on the party vote. This is, heavily influenced by various factors, such as the number of money politics were done by other parties and populist government policies such as reduction of fuel oil and direct cash assistance, which wasmore profitable democrat party. So the Democratic votes rose 300 percent in the general election in 2009 than in 2004 elections, otherwise the other major political parties tend to decrease the acquisition of voice and only a relatively slight increase PKS. Abstrak Pemilu legislatif 2009 diikuti oleh banyak partai politik yang memunculkan persaingan ketat antara partai politik dalam perebutan suara. Serangkaian strategi, taktik, dan metode digunakan oleh semua partai politik untuk memenangkan pemilu. Peran komunikasi danmedia sangat penting. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi-strategi politik komunikasi Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) dalam pemilu legislatiftahun 2009. Penelitian inidilakukan pada Dewan PKS dari Yogyakarta dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PKS memenangkan pemilihan, strategi dirumuskan dalam empat tahapan yaitu;pertama, PKS mendengar, kedua, PKS mengundang, ketiga, PKS bicara, dan keempat, PKS menang.Dalam melaksanakan empat tahap aksi, PKS menggunakan strategi komunikasi politik dengan pendekatan komunikasi interpersonal, komunikasi publik, dan komunikasi massa.     Media online merupakan media generasi ketiga setelah media cetak dan media elektronik. Ada banya kelebihan yang dimiliki oleh media online dan salah satunya adalah kecepatan. Dalam konteks pemberitaan, media online tidak jauh berbeda dengan media yang lain, yaitu juga dipengaruhi oleh ideologi, ekonomi politik media serta berbagai kepentingan yang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana sebuah media online melakukan framing terhadap pemberitaannya, yaitu berita kasus korupsi Ketua Mahkamah Konstitusi Akil Mochtar di vivanews.com dan detik.com. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa framing yang dilakukan vivanews.com terhadap berita kasus korupsi Ketua Mahkamah Konstitusi Akil Mochtar ada kecenderungan memihak kepada kepentingan pemilik media yang memimpin partai Golkar.     The Model of Communication and Political Ethic in Reducing Legislative Arrogance Behavior and Society Apathy Attitude toward Public Service

    Legislative arrogance behavior has a significant impact on society apathy attitude, and one of the solutions is establish an aspirations political communication, also polite political ethics to make society participate for optimum public services and counties development to be effective and efficient. The influence of legislative arrogance behavior is cause by several factors such as power affiliation, achievement and intuition. Meanwhile, an apathetic attitudes from society is cause by several factors such as cognitive, affective and behavior aspects. This research is conduct in the regency of Malang, the city of Malang and the city of Batu by using descriptive qualitative as research methods. The data collection technique is interview and documentation with sampling technique purposive sampling together with snowballing sampling. The collected data then analyze with interactive analysis method. The result of research shows that political communication and political ethic from government apparatus must be enhance and repair to reduce legislative arrogance and apathy attitude from society. An excellence in public service is society expectation therefore in order to be not apathetic a polite and nice communication pattern is needed from the government apparatus.     As the oldest and biggest operator Telkom can not avoid the crisis especially trust crisis to its products and services. The aims of the research is how the Public Relations of Plasa Telkom Malang make strategy to handle complain and what are the resistance factors. This research used descriptive qualitative research method in collecting data by direct observation, documentation and in depth interview with the field informan. To measure the data validity used triangulation technique and data analysis used Miles and Huberman. The research result showed that the strategy used by Public Relations of Plasa Telkom in handling customers complaints are: 1) Quick in response the customers complains, which means not wasting time, 2) Increase the customer service/customer care and security officers services as each functions and responsibilites, 3) Provide Public Relations media such as TV, newspaper, tabloid. The resistance factors of Plasa Telkom Malang Public Relations in handling customer complaints are: 1) The less preparation of Plasa Telkom Malang Public Relations in communications, 2) The less cooperation and approach from the company to the certain media, 3) There is no complete identity from the customers

    : The purpose of this is to support the activities IBW Local Government Pacitan District in terms of democratic economic development prioritizing agro-industrial sector of medicinal plants. Therefore, IBW team Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University and National Institute of Technology in Malang proposed program IBW Tourism Village in the district of Medicinal Plants Nawangan, Pacitan. The final target of the program is the tourist village of medicinal plants by the development of integrated and sustainable agricultural systems are based on self-reliance and environmentally sound. Implementation of the program's first year IBW tourist village in the district of medicinal plants Nawangan Pacitan district is focused on the activities of "on-farm" and pewacanaan tourist village. That is, the focus of the program is directed to engineering cultivation of medicinal plants in the location-based organic farm aims to introduce fundamentally organic cultivation of medicinal plants.
